About our founder and CEO, Vikas Sardana: 

Vikas, a Chartered Accountant and an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, is a veteran professional with 22 years of problem-solving experience in accounting, assurance, financial planning and analysis, reporting, compliances, internal controls, risk management, procurement, monitoring and evaluation, program and project management, training and capacity building.

Having worked on numerous projects across International territories, Vikas understands the challenges and risks faced by organizations across different territories. He possesses a thorough understanding of accounting principles and reporting requirements in India and the United Kingdom, compliances with different laws and regulations, principles of budgeting, financial and project planning, management, and analysis for monitoring of projects and organizations.

Vikas worked with a Big4 consulting firm in India for more than 12 years and also as the Financial Controller of the India branch of DKT International, where he headed the entire finance function. 

Vikas has developed accounting manuals and standard operating procedures. He has also helped several organizations strengthen their internal controls and processes.

In his professional career, Vikas reviewed and analyzed the financial statements of more than 400 entities. He has a good understanding of international auditing standards and has managed and supervised international teams for executing several audits, reviews and consulting services from planning to completion.
